At Cafe Rags we will do everything we can to answer your questions and quickly resolve any problems. Our goal is for you to have a great experience buying, wearing, and eventually telling your friends about our products and service. Please read through the following, since the majority of questions you may have will be answered below.
Our Products and Philosophy
We’ve gone out of our way to make sure all of our products are grown, sewn, printed or manufactured within the United States and are of premium quality and durability. Our designers ride vintage (and other) bikes, and we tend to try to do business with printers and other companies with the same backgrounds when possible. We handle every aspect of the art creation process from conceptual to finished artwork, then even spend time on press with each printing to make sure we’re achieving the quality we strive for. Hopefully that translates into satisfied customers that are comfortable wearing and talking about our products.
Please refer to our shirt measurement chart for T-Shirts and Hoodies before deciding on which size to order. We can’t refund shipping on errant sized orders (unless it was our mistake), so take a few seconds to make sure you’re getting the right size from the start. These shirts are not preshrunk and will shrink if you torch them in a dryer! We find that drying them on low for a few minutes and then hanging them up keeps them like new and the sizes true. If you tend to be bad at laundry, you may want to size up!
We are required by law to charge sales tax in all states where it is applicable. If you ship your order to a state where Cafe Rags has a physical business presence, we are required to charge you state sales tax on your purchase. Taxes may be tallied in the shopping cart while you shop, but they will be deducted before checkout if you choose to ship to a state other than where Cafe Rags has a physical business presence.
How is my Payment Processed
All payments are processed directly through PayPal. Once you’ve decided on your items and go to checkout from Cafe Rags, you’ll be taken to the PayPal page and transactions occur through their secure site.
Shipping and Handling
Cafe Rags uses table-rate shipping prices for all of our products which includes costs for handling. The current rates are:
Total order cost under $31.00 – $3.49 shipping cost
Total order cost between $31.00 and $62.00 – $5.49 shipping cost
Total order cost over $62.00 – $7.49 shipping cost
All orders are shipped USPS First Class (or faster at our discretion). Processing at Cafe Rags will occur within 2-3 business days of your order, and you’ll typically receive your order within 2-5 days of processing. Notification of processing and tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. Cafe Rags may choose to use a comparable shipping method at our discretion depending on the size of the order or other variables. Cafe Rags currently only ships within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Our goal is to deliver you top-quality, American-made products that match the descriptions you see on CafeRags.com. Should you ever receive a damaged or incorrect item, just call us at 980.218.9180 and we’ll start working on the resolution right away. Please have your Customer/Order number and the package and contents available when you call.
We make every attempt to present accurate information on our site and we correct any errors when found, however, changes in descriptions, images, availability, and prices happen. Again, if you have questions that the site or product description doesn’t cover, feel free to email us.
Returns for refund are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund of the item’s cost. The items must be in new condition and able to be resold. Unfortunately Cafe Rags cannot refund shipping costs for these items, and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
